These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, software, mobile applications, and related services provided by AMG Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including amgsol.net and associated enterprise platforms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AMG Solutions provides custom software development, enterprise ERP modules, web applications, mobile apps, hosting, and related technical services to organizations and end users authorized by those organizations. Features may include accounts, HR, payroll, fee management, payment gateway integration, attendance, academics, library, examinations, and other modules as contracted.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Services are intended for use by organizations and their authorized users.
  • You must provide accurate registration information where required.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify your organization or AMG Solutions of any unauthorized account use.

3. Organization Responsibility

Where an organization (school, madrasa, business, or institute) subscribes to our platform, that organization is responsible for: user permissions; accuracy of data entered; compliance with applicable laws; and communication with its staff, students, parents, or members. AMG Solutions provides the technology platform only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the software except as expressly permitted in writing
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for software, implementation, support, or subscription services are as agreed in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice. Where payment gateway features are enabled, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers subject to their terms. AMG Solutions is not responsible for bank or gateway outages beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, documentation, and platform code remain the intellectual property of AMG Solutions or its licensors. Organizations receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services for their internal operations as defined in their agreement. Client data remains the property of the client organization.

7. Availability & Support

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Support levels and response times depend on the service plan in place with the organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMG Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the organization for the specific service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where applicable.

9. Indemnification

Organizations agree to indemnify and hold AMG Solutions harmless from claims arising from their misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content or data they control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns. Organizations may discontinue use according to their contract. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected and used in our applications and platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
